She had 6 chocolate babies! 4 girls, and 2 boys!

Introducing Brandy
Chocolate Female

Brandy's Current puppies

these pups are sweeties , not super outgoing or needy,

 just a nice gentle nature

that learns to trust, and love dearly .

We think they will be alot like their older brother "Kona" our repeat frequent boarder who's family lives in nearby Waxhaw NC.

he has proven to be a trusted family member , and his dad told us recently when he learned the Invisible Fence ( which we endorse )

he was such a happy camper being able to enjoy the outdoors more with the family and neighborhood kids .  He like all our line of Beagles he was easiliy trained on the system, and loves it !!   Dan told us he even likes to play with the boy across the street from their house who gets his remote controlled car out to play on nice days in the neighborhood, and Kona loves running and playing along from his side of the street too !

Available "Bacardi"  what a cutie !!

Chocolate Boy with a wider blaze and white marks on back

this is a recent photo , he has stayed a smaller sized beagle and is hopeful to find a great family to join or single person looking for a best friend to do things with !

Puppy pictures from Brandy's Past Puppies

 " Hello everyone!

I just wanted to let you all know we have had Birdie in our family for one week and we couldn't be any happier!!!  She is beautiful, sweet, loving, smart, and obedient!!  What a package!!    Christi, it was so nice meeting you!  You did a great job informing us about our puppy! Ms C, I hate we didn't get a chance to meet you, but your son's graduation is a wonderful milestone- congratulations Cody!!!!  Birdie went to the vet today for her first well check up included in the puppy package our vet offers, and everybody had to visit with her and love on her!  She accepted it all graciously!!  She now weighs 2.6 lbs.!!  She cried the first two nights, but now she sleeps all night long.  She has even cried at the back door twice to go "hurry up"!!  Thank you so much for everything!  I will send pictures soon, James took my camera to Puerto Rico, so all my pictures are on my cell phone!  Thanks again,
                          Cheryl White "

chocolate Kona hanging out with Christi and Jake

Chocolate "Kona" came back to board with us while his family traveled! We were so happy to see this sweetie again!

They actually kept the name Kona we had given him which was so cool! Sometimes folks do keep the names we pick out, but if you want to change your puppy's name that is perfectly fine- with consistence they can certainly learn the new name you pick out! We just like to name them for our own identifying purposes and when discussing them with families it makes it easier to know them by name. Families who claim newborns often let us know their name ahead of time, and then we can start calling them that!

Going back home to his family!

Hello to all.  Have been meaning to write for so long.  Jack aka Joey..is the sweetest..brightest most fun little fella.

He has brought great joy to our lives..truly.  We are like brand new parents...proud parents.  Thanks so much for the opportunity to raise one of your dogs!  Will send pictures when I get a really great one.

"Hi Christina,

I just wanted to quickly write you a note and thank you for being such a wonderful and caring beagle breeder.  My little Lucy (also known as Amber at Sunshine Acres) is doing great.  She is already starting to figure out the going outside thing and I’ve got her crate and a gate set up in my kitchen.  We goof around and play a lot. I think we’re already playing ‘catch’.  She saw her reflection in the French doors in my kitchen yesterday and let out a nice howl!  What a sweetheart.  She’s already melted the hearts of my friends, family, and neighbors.  I do already notice a big difference in her coat.

When we left your house Friday, we stopped off on Waxhaw as your website  recommended.  We had lunch at the Southsiders Deli (excellent!) and let Lucy/Amber sniff around before heading south.  We also stopped her on the campus of Presbyterian College in Clinton, SC so she got to see some new sites as well.

I was so impressed by your dedication and your enthusiasm for what you do…You gave me invaluable advice which should make things go a lot smoother.  Thanks so much!!  I will send you pictures soon and look forward to keeping in touch.  Thanks again, Lynsley Tyler"

and we wrote back to her...

thanks so much for such a wonderful update on your new best friend !
you have made my day !
I was pleased to hear you have seen there is a difference in the coat too... always nice to get feedback on this breeding we are doing for indoor doggies !
do let us know if as an adult it is any different as well from your last dogs fur.. and how...
thickness,   length, scent to it,  or not.. etc.would be wonderful to add to the site,
especially for those folks who want a dog on the furniture with them and so on.... to hear testimonials so to speak not just me saying it on the internet... that they shed less.
no one else out there seems to be attempting to work on it but i think its worth the effort to keep some from adults who are good dogs with better coats ... i am keeping her sister with very little white.. we sort of tend to think the white is more what comes out if any ... when they do shed seasonally etc. but i would like to hear your experience with it when shes older if you would ...check back in when shes 6 mo.or a year old... and let us know your thoughts on if there is a difference...
also please hang onto the little upcs on the back of her food and bisquits etc. by iams and eukanuba that say( proof of purchase) for us and maybe every so often send us a christmas card with a picture of how she looks and we will add it to the christmas wreath the kids and i are trying to make of our puppies out there growning up in so many different cities!
we got word both skittles and autumn arrived safely in nj and calif. boy those girls went in each direction ! travelers !!
thats so neat for us though so folks see an unusual beagle and ask where did ya get it ...
glad she is enjoying meeting folks and making friends .thanks for the references to the town of waxhaw too. i think its such a cute place and so close by folks would enjoy it !
if you ever find you want another one    or know anyone who loves her and wants one just let us know !
miss c and kiddos

she wrote to us right after the Westminster this year was won by a beagle...

" I hope you are doing well.  I just wanted to let you know that Lucy and I stayed up late last night and watched the Westminister Dog Show.  I was glad to see that Uno, the 15 inch beagle won!!!  Finally!!!  I was so afraid those goofy poodles were going to win as they usually do.  Let’s hear it for the beagles.  I don’t think Uno has anything in the cuteness department though on my little Lucy!!  Hope all is well—I’m sure this publicity can’t hurt business!!!! "
