Introducing
Jessie

Jessie is a runtsize khaki momma! She had now
retired, adopted by Audrey and family from Nova Scotia- they are in love!

"
Audrey here---she is absolutely precious and acts as if she has
always known us. The boys are overjoyed. Chase was astonished, he
had no idea, just thought we were getting a box for a friend from
the airport. It made last night's hell trip worthwhile, we didn't
have our fun camping night we hoped for, monsoon storm, leak in the
van, dead phone, woke to dead battery, not enough blankets for the
chilly wet night, all went wrong. But, today's treat and surprise
were so worth it. She is currently asleep with the 5 year old on his
bed, they are snuggled together. He goes to bed first and his and
the toddler's beds are really low, right off the floor, so I think
she has found her bed. What a doll. So sweet, so calm, so loving, so
perfect for us. I cannot believe she is as sweet as the face in the
picture that just wants to be loved and she is. The toddler kept
giggling and she would just sniff him and wag. She is fine with
going to the door and doing her hurry up, we gave her an area
untouched by chickens and goats. We'll show her the doggy door in
the morning. Watching her explore the house was funny, I'm not sure
she is used to full stairs. She slowly goes up and down, one at a
time, and stops at each step. They are wide, so she has room to rest
if she wants. She is just so sweet and what a beauty. She really
looks like Mathilda in her face and coloring, she's just shorter and
more squat but they could have been sisters. I got Mathilda from a
beagle breeder outside of
Gainesville, Florida,
maybe they are distantly related.
Anyway, thank you. I will send the money
for the extra kenneling today, just not right away, but as soon as I
have it. I knew they would take care of her since the time was long
at the airport, they told me that, they just failed to mention a
charge for it. It's well worth it as I know she was walked and had
water. She had water in her crate when I got her, too, and was just
relaxing and seemed very calm. She was hesitant to come out, but we
walked her and she sat in Chase's lap the whole way and fell asleep
after a little while. I'm blithering, sorry, but it's so nice to
have her. She's everything we wanted from our pup last year and just
had to wait a bit longer.
What a doll, we will love her to pieces,
she will be the queen of the castle here, spoiled and loved. "

"
Just last night Rich said, I haven't heard her make a peep, I wonder
what her voice sounds like. Well, this morning at 6, the toddler got
up and came in our room and little miss followed him. I took Jessie
out to go potty since it was technically morning and she didn't know
it was early. After we came back in, she went back to bed with the
boys but then she heard the rooster crowing and we finally heard her
bark. He would crow, she would bark, just a soft bark, but she was
protecting her family. I went and told her it was ok, just the
rooster, and she was fine once she saw I didn't mind the crowing.
She is doing very well. She has claimed
her favorite spot on the couch, she likes to sleep with the boys in
their beds and she takes turns with each boy. Our bed is way too
high so I lose out. I would love to have her in with us, but it's a
tall, tall bed and I just don't want her to risk the jump.
Anyway, she is great, we adore her.

"We have been following your website for some time and can't imagine
getting our new baby puppy any place else. We are more than impressed
with your outstanding way of bringing these wonderful puppies into
this world.
We are very ready to adopt, but want to make sure we get a good match.
We live in Florida, but we try to vacation in the mountains in
Maryland some of the summer. We live in a retirement community that
allows only small pets, so we are interested in a nano or mini. We
like tri-color, silver, khaki or chocolate without the blaze. We will
take a boy or girl. We have never had children, but have had seven
dogs 5 of them beagles. All girls! It might be fun to try a boy for
a change, but would love either.
As for sleeping quarters, we have a wonderful room for training a
puppy, with bed and training papers close to door to back yard. After
training puppy will sleep in our bed or their own. (He or She) will
be walked daily also there are small woods across street from
us. There are several small dogs in our community to socalize with.
We have joint outings. We also have wonderful dog sitters if needed.
We lost our last beagle 3 years this coming April and we have found a
house is not a home without a dog.(Especially a little beagle.) We
feel they are all sweet and loving. As we are home most of the time
we like lovey cuddlers. " -Diane

Cassidy came with her family from FL to visit us
here at Sunshine Acres! She had flown home to her family who picked
her online
and when they were up in our area they came out
to meet us, and see her first home in person !!

Here she meets Pierre dad has to lift her so she can reach him :) ,
mom very generously brought sunshine beagles mommies, and pups 4 big boxes
of Iams biscuits to help us out and Cassidy's baby toys she had
outgrown ... and a framed gorgeous picture of their girlie to show off in
our office ! As they headed out to take her to Savanah ... a neat
town that they said allows doggies to go most anywhere their family is
going.. even restaurants have special sections where your pet and family
can share a table and they serve special doggie treats ,
they gave miss C a big hug for giving them such a wonderful baby
girl !

Cassidy is a tiny gal and they told us wherever she goes folks stop in
their tracks at how tiny and adorable she is !! They told us
when they did the Bark in the Park down in Ft. Lauderdale... crowds
of people oohed and awwed over her , then as they paraded down the street
folks on the sides of the road would see her coming along with all the
hundreds of dogs and say " Oh ... There SHE IS !!! " like
she was a Diva !!!
Her daddy says Cassidy needs one of those saddles on with pouches on the
sides holding your Business Cards we are asked about where she came from
soooo often !! awwe thats soo cool, we loved hearing how much
attention she attracts and knowing she is such a little lady and so
deserving of it all, is icing on the Cake for us !!

Hi Christina and kids, just wanted to let
you know we are home safe and enjoying spending lots of time with
our new pack members! The kids are doing great with being
responsible with puppy training and I'm happy to report no potty
accidents in the house since arriving home! They are doing great
sleeping in the kennel at night and do not whine at all. They are
very playful and loving and we feel so blessed to have them as part
of our lives! I'm attaching a picture of alex and coral napping.
Thanks, Janine

"We ended up stopping at walmart and got a larger carrier for the two
of them. They just snuggled in it and slept for the most part. The
doggy calming biscuits helped for the flight. They didny wake up
when food came out- just slept away most of the flight. Near the end
of the flight they peeked their heads out and got a lot of attention
and dockers loved it! We are so glad you kept them tucked away for
us and we can't imagine not having both of them with us! Perfect fit
for our family. We cannot thank you enough! We will keep sending
pics and updates! Janine"
09/03/2011 "We spent the
day with the whole gang of
Sunshine Acres
khaki beagles pups !!!
Aren't they the CUTEST!!
