Matching Current Puppies with our Waiting Families!
   We first see if there is a potential match for each baby among our pre-approved families, who placed a deposit ahead of time to hold their position in the claiming-process, so they could be offered appropriate matches & have the option to choose just the right little one for their family! We wait a little to hear back from them.

   After we have determined the status of those on the waiting list, and have satisfied those that match, we can begin considering new folks for a now Available puppy. (sometimes we find out that someone in line needs to wait, or their family has decided they prefer a particular preference, such as a 'blaze' or have narrowed it down to a more specific color, etc.)
   While we are checking in with folks on the waiting list, other new folks may like to join in the meanwhile so that they would be next to have their own turn to be offered the option of that one, or another puppy matching their preference. Those additional folks are approved in the meanwhile if we were able to also focus our attention on new inquiries at that time, otherwise we may only be able to focus on our claimed & waiting families, and primarily of course all our babies, and simply contact new inquiries as we get the chance or after we have a better idea of the status of our waiting list & current babies.        (so patience & simple reminders are usually favored when we do come to a point where we can sit down and review the emails from the many folks who have contacted us, ultimately we choose to approve the sweet & patient folks sharing their details who understand the value of our time around here, and appreciate our priorities, including focusing on the best possible upbringing of our babies, versus being a breeder more concerned with selling them by making customer sales the first priority while ignoring the vital care & attention a developing puppy needs).

Its those homes that appreciate the value of that time we spend focusing on our babies' development, which the new family must also understand and be willing to continue that devotion in their own pack, who we love to have join our big happy family!

Available Puppies! 
    Once we have a better idea of what our waiting list looks like for that puppy & their timeframe to enter a new home, we may see that a puppy no longer has pre-approved matches left in that type of line (having that color/size/gender as an option), and that means a new family may be just the one for that puppy!
We then announce that puppy is available !
If the puppy is currently ready to enter their forever home to begin the bonding process with the new family & begin learning the ways of their forever household & pack, we ask that only folks ready to bring home a puppy inquire about that Ready Baby.
    If it will be a couple weeks before ready, then perhaps a younger litter would better match, or if a little longer, then an upcoming litter from an expectant mommy!

Matching Available Puppies to New Families:
    When we, Miss Christina &/or daughter Christi, do get a chance to hop online between responsibilities around our home, we can start reading some of our emails, and with your household details to review, we can more easily move forward in considering you as a good match! We often discuss the various possibilities for our babies with each other to figure out the best possible matches for our puppies, and then finally we can start our replies with those who we select to join our extended sunshine acres family! (with such an involved & careful process, patience is a must-have trait, and kind persistence is also helpful to get our attention when there are many folks emailing for us to learn about & remember!)

 Hint: Mentioning puppy preferences/ favorites/main wishes in your e-mail's subject line helps us know what you're especially interested in when we are able to look over of inbox, and check out any good possibilities for a baby, & with those details in sight, we can then more easily notice & recall your desire if we're looking back on numerous inquiries!

"I'm Looking for my baby!"
    Our "Waiting List" helps to match our pre-approved people up with the right babies, and gives them that option to claim their own baby beagle to love & raise!!

 With as many preference options as desired, Joining the waiting list holds your spot in the line(s) ahead of the others who come to us with similar interests. You can receive a higher priority in the claiming process, where at your personal turn(s) for a type of puppy, we offer you individually our current puppies matching those preferences of yours, giving you the choice to either claim a baby, or let us know to move on to the next person if you would like to pass and continue waiting for your turn to claim.

Then we can wait and see what our expectant mommies have in their upcoming litters! (If someone was waiting ahead, we'll check their status as to whether it has become their timeframe, if so, then if they would like to choose a match, or they may fall for a different puppy-type, or pass & continue waiting for a better timeframe or future litters so we can come to your turn again!).

 At times there may be only 1 or 2 people in particular lines, so after we tie up any loose ends, if you had meanwhile joined, then at your turn we could then see who has become available for you to consider, & can contact you individually for a choice before we email to offer that puppy to any of the others currently inquiring about the available puppy at the time.

It's like Pre Qualifying for a puppy from us!

At the moment, the Lines for Standard Males in all colors are virtually satisfied (or only have folks wanting a later timeframe in line). Therefore, joining this line could make our next available Chocolate, orange, silver, or khaki males become available to you to choose from first, before anyone interested after you/ the general public that seeks consideration for them can be considered.

(Mini khaki & silver male lines are also currently satisfied, with only folks for future timeframes in line at the moment) (There is only one person currently ready for a Khaki or Silver Female, so the same concept goes along with these lines as well once that person decides.)
